TODAY IS PRECIOUS

Nobody could have written the story
Nobody could have seen the vision 
Nobody could have known the future
But God,
But God already made the future glorious
And has blessed the days to come with abundance 
An abundance of what my life needs or even wanted 
With opportunity of days that goes by
A yesterday to today
A today to tomorrow
Today!
Today tells a story of the future
Today brings confirmation of things yet to come
Today is the day, the very beginning of the future
Why? Because!
Because last year I know not today
Last year I know not the goodness of today
Last year I had no experience today has given me
Last year I know not if I'll live till this day
Because last year today was unknown
But as today is a future
So will tomorrow be
And as tomorrow will become a today
So will a today become a yesterday 
Yesterday an opposite of today and tomorrow
A yesterday
Where no corrections can be made
Where even in dreams cannot be rewind
As a man dies and becomes ghost
So will today die and become yesterday
Yesterday never to be seen again
But as yesterday slipped away
I still have the grace of holding my today
And a privilege of having a tomorrow 
Today I hold to do things with
Today I have to draw out plans
Today I have to execute plans
Today I have to achieve dreams
Today I have to live as I desire
Today I have to work
A today I have to pray
Today that will turn to a tomorrow 
Tomorrow a continuation of what I had
Tomorrow's smile, a result of my today's pain
Tomorrow's joy, an outcome of my today's sorrow
Tomorrow's riches, a gain of my today's hardwork
Tomorrow's peace, a return of my today's unrest
Tomorrow's answer, a sign from my today's prayers 
Today is precious!
Tomorrow is by grace
Tomorrow indeed a blessing
A chance to polish a dead today
For a today dies by every minutes past
And looses its breathe as the hours goes by
For a dead today is a yesterday
And a yesterday lives in memories
Today is all I have
Today is when to get things done
Today is precious!
